Delivery Terms

1. Delivery is made for each item to the address provided by the customer on the website ekoegles.lv, provided that payment for the selected item has been made. Customers are offered free delivery. Purchased goods are delivered to a parcel machine or handed over to a courier within 2-3 business days.
2. Delivery is provided by courier services that are partners of ekoegles.lv.
3. The customer has the option to pick up the goods themselves at the address specified on ekoegles.lv, at no additional charge. If you wish to pick up the goods yourself, they will be available for collection after the purchase amount is credited to the ekoegles.lv account.
4. It is important for the customer to provide accurate contact information and delivery address to ensure timely delivery and allow contact with the customer at the time of delivery.
5. If necessary, contact ekoegles.lv to clarify any issues related to delivery and service.

Information on the Right of Withdrawal

1. The consumer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the consumer and SIA "VIDES TEHNIKA" (hereinafter "ekoEgles") for the purchase of goods from the online store at ekoegles.lv within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason.
2. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day the consumer receives the goods. If the consumer has ordered multiple goods in one order, which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer or a third party (other than the carrier), specified by the consumer, receives the last item. If the goods consist of several parts or batches, the withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer or a third party (other than the carrier), specified by the consumer, receives the last part or batch of the goods. If the end of the withdrawal period falls on an officially recognized holiday, the right of withdrawal may be exercised until the end of the following working day (including that day).
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform ekoEgles of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending or submitting a written notice in free form, which includes the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The withdrawal notice or withdrawal form should be sent electronically to the email address: info@ekoegles.lv. Upon receiving the consumer's notice electronically, ekoEgles will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the notice to the consumer's email address.
4. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the withdrawal notice to ekoEgles before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

1. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, ekoEgles will refund all amounts paid for the goods, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by ekoEgles), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day ekoEgles was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. If only part of the goods are returned, the delivery costs will be refunded only if a lower delivery rate would have been applied to the remaining items if they were purchased separately and only to the extent of the difference in the stated tariffs.
2. ekoEgles will transfer the refundable amounts to the bank account specified by the consumer in the withdrawal notice. In any case, no fees will be charged to the consumer in relation to the refund.
3. ekoEgles has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, depending on which event occurs first.
4. The consumer must return or hand over the goods to ekoEgles or to a person authorized by ekoEgles to accept the goods within 14 (fourteen) days after sending or submitting the withdrawal notice. The deadline will be considered met if the goods are handed over or sent to ekoEgles before the end of the 14-day period. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
5. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if the goods were used for purposes other than determining their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The goods may be used for examination only to the extent that it would have been possible in a store.
